Off the record

Life, health & camps

Three sessions a day, six days a week, in Stockholm or Khao Lak. The rest is food, sleep and the people she trains with.

A normal week

Eighteen sessions, one day off

Mornings are running and technique, midday is strength and conditioning, evenings are pads, bags and sparring. Sunday is off, properly off.

Recovery is in the schedule, not around it. Sleep, physio and the one full day off are why she is still going after twelve years.

Simple food, enough of it, and eating habits meant to outlast the fighting.

Fight night takes care of itself. The hard one is Tuesday morning, when you are tired and sore and nobody would know.
